3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping costs $5.99.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over USD 50.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@highstreetshops.ca.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@highstreetshops.ca. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost.
